DIY

So I'm not the most creative person out their. I can't cut in a straightline, I don't like the feel of glue on me, and I'm not too girly for a girl. That being said I won't be doing much DIY but those that I will do I'll post here. Also what I will do myself I will be taking from other peoples templates who have succeded. Call me a coward I guess. So if I've used your idea, template, photo PLEASE let me know and I'd gladly give you credit!

So I've made a list of DIY things..I'm going to do. Many of them depend on how many RSVP's we do get back. But I thought I'd post them here with the link of how to's.

Aisle Runner!!! DONE! We're so excited. Our first official DIY, is done and looks awesome. Please click here: Aisle Runner

Out of Town Welcome Bags (depending on how many guests stay in the area)

Bathroom Baskets - Not doing these because it will be a public bathroom. But I'll leave the link up just in case someone was using it.

Kids Coloring/Activity Book

Tears of Joy Tissues

Groomsman/Groom Survival Kit (I love love love these) ....way down towards the bottom sorry!

Jones Soda Labels (we really love the idea of using Jones soda as favors..originally we wanted wine but being in MA this is a no no...so this might help us cheat a little!)

Bridal Shower/Wedding Recovery Bags (perfect!!)

Unique Scroll Programs (which will be great for our historical venue)

Water Bottle Labels, so I don't have to shell out big bucks for something that will be tossed after five minutes.

Jeweled Shoes I already have my something blue, but still think the initials and date are a cute idea!

Fortune Tellers!!! or in some parts of the world I guess they are called cootie catchers..never heard that one, maybe it's regional

Paper Cranes - I have started these! I'm using them as escort card holders as well as decoration. I plan on making 1,000 for love, honor, and respect! (So far I have 50 done) I promise to post pictures and a proper how to, by the end of the week. Also in addition to using the cranes as decoration, we plan on using them as escort card holders. I bought our escort cards off vistaprint yesterday and waiting for them to arrive as well! Pictures to follow.

Birdcage Card "Box" - I bought the birdcage off of a previous bride on ebay. Waiting for it's arrival! I also have the ribbon and will be making a sign to go. Pictures will be posted soon!
